    A family story

With a cuisine inspired by the unique story of Mireille Hayek, founder of Em Sherif, who pays tribute to her roots and excellence through an authentic approach. Her daughter, Yasmina Hayek, is continuing the family history and has taken on the role of Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo.

    From Beirut to Monaco

Em Sherif Monte-Carlo is also opening new horizons, respecting its roots, the voyage between the lines. Inspired by tradition, the dishes share a message. Calligraphy adorns every detail with poetry. A thoughtful array to gently transport you in a sweet dream of the Middle East.
