The flavours of the Mediterranean

Open from lunch to dinner, Club La Vigie's restaurant offers sunny Mediterranean cuisine by chef Pascal Garrigues. Lunchtime offers a range of refreshing flavours, including shareable delights, salads, grilled meats and the catch of the day.

In the evening, the magic of the place is revealed even more. The perfect address for a romantic dinner at dusk, with the sea as far as the eye can see, the restaurant offers a refined menu based on exceptional products, in an elegant atmosphere enhanced by the notes of a musical trio.

Combining exclusivity with an exceptional panorama, Club La Vigie Monte-Carlo invites you to enjoy the pleasures of summer to the rhythm of the waves.

Chef Pascal Garrigues

Pascal Garrigues, Executive Chef of the Monte-Carlo Beach, takes over the restaurant's kitchens to offer two summer versions of his Mediterranean cuisine. Grilled meats and catch of the day, refreshing flavours at lunchtime; a more sophisticated menu in the evening, in an elegant atmosphere, accompanied by the notes of a musical trio.
